We proudly offer worldwide shipping via USPS, FEDEX, UPS, and DHL!
Please note that we require 1–3 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before dispatch. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your country or region. Please consider public holidays and peak seasons that may affect delivery times.

Free Shipping: Orders over $60.00 USD
Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD for orders under $60.00 USD
Express Shipping: $12.00 USD (Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch)
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary by location. Below are our estimated shipping times for the United States:
Orders placed after the cut-off time of 5:00 PM (GMT -8:00) will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time:
1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Standard Shipping Transit Time:
7–15 Business Days (Monday–Saturday)
Express Shipping Transit Time:
4–7 Business Days (Monday–Saturday)
Please note that processing time (1–3 business days) is not included in the shipping transit time.
A business day refers to Monday through Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.
In certain circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, customs inspections, holidays, festivals, incorrect shipping information, or other unforeseen events, shipping times may be longer than estimated. These situations are beyond our control.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, government actions, natural disasters, fire, explosion, typhoon, flood, earthquake, lightning, war, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship available items immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they become available.
If you receive only part of your order, please do not worry. The remaining items will be shipped separately and delivered shortly afterward.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message (if a mobile number was provided) containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking information within 6 days of placing your order, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE"
Some shipping carriers require 2–5 business days to update tracking information in their systems.
If no tracking information appears within 5 days after receiving your tracking number, please contact our support team.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
We process orders quickly, so there may only be a short period of time during which address corrections can be made.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Elynoray is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the information provided with your tracking details.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was selected.
